Summary:An ultrasonic emitter according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a transducer, a mechanical amplification part, and an emitter plate. The transducer is coupled to a piezoelectric element and converts an inputted electrical signal into a mechanical vibration signal of the piezoelectric element. The mechanical amplification part amplifies the vibration of the piezoelectric element. The emitter plate includes a metal plate and a plurality of convex portions disposed on the emission surface of the metal plate, and receives the vibration signal amplified from the mechanical amplification part and emits ultrasonic waves into the air. The plurality of convex portions contain a polymer material, have a thickness greater than the thickness of the metal plate, and satisfy density and Young's modulus conditions at which the error rate of the natural frequency of the metal plate and the natural frequency of the emitter plate is no greater than 5%.
