Summary: | A multi-stage evaporation system utilizing an enhanced sub-gravitational field comprises multiple stages of evaporation structures and operates in three different operating modes including a serial-connected air and parallel-connected liquid mode, a serial-connected air and serial-connected liquid mode, and a parallel-connected air and parallel-connected liquid mode. In an evaporation chamber, a liquid and air are in direct contact with each other to perform heat and mass transfer, the liquid is sprayed on a rotating filling material and evenly distributed in the filling material by an action of a sub-gravitational field, enhancing the heat and mass transfer. The liquid is gasified by absorbing heat energy thereof, and after the liquid is heated and a temperature thereof increases, the air can carry more streams and take away the gasified liquid, thereby realizing evaporation.
