Summary:A pivoting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rotation unit one end of which is fixed to a support fixed to the rear side of a user, and the other end of which has a rotation ring formed thereat; and a fixation unit which is positioned under the rotation unit, and in which a rotation shaft rod, protruding upward and having the rotation unit rotatably connected thereto, and a rotation opening, allowing the rotation ring to be inserted and move therein, are formed. Here, the rotation unit is characterized by: rotating about the axis of the rotation shaft rod when the user performs a swing motion; and pivoting to the extent that allows the rotation ring to move within the rotation opening. La présente invention concerne un dispositif pivotant qui, selon un mode de réalisation, comprend : une unité de rotation dont une extrémité est fixée à un support fixé à la face arrière d'un utilisateur, et dont l'autre extrémité présente une bague de rotation formée au niveau de celle-ci ; et une unité de fixation qui est positionnée sous l'unité de rotation, et dans laquelle une tige d'arbre de rotation, faisant saillie vers le haut et à laquelle l'unité de rotation est raccordée de manière rotative, et une ouverture de rotation, permettant à la bague de rotation d'être insérée et de se déplacer à l'intérieur de celle-ci, sont formées.
