La présente invention concerne de nouvelles molécules bispécifiques de liaison à l'antigène, comprenant au moins un domaine de liaison à l'antigène capable de se lier de manière spécifique à 4-1BB, au moins une fraction capable de se lier de manière spécifique à un antigène d'une cellule cible, et un domaine Fc composé d'une première et d'une seconde sous-unités capables d'une association stable. L'invention concerne également des procédés de production de ces molécules et des procédés de leur utilisation.
