Summary:The present invention relates to a radioactivity measurement method and a radioactivity measurement system using data expansion. A radioactivity measurement method using data expansion according to the present invention comprises the steps of: measuring radioactivity while performing energy scanning and temporal scanning; preparing a database from a time-energy-related data set obtained in result of the scanning; expanding the database by means of random distribution fitting; and obtaining a radioactivity measurement value of desired time from the database. La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure de radioactivité et un système de mesure de radioactivité utilisant une expansion de données. Un procédé de mesure de radioactivité utilisant une expansion de données de la présente invention consiste : à mesurer la radioactivité pendant la réalisation d'un balayage d'énergie et d'un balayage temporel ; à préparer une base de données à partir d'un ensemble de données relatives à l'énergie et au temps obtenu suite au balayage ; à étendre la base de données au moyen d'un ajustement de distribution aléatoire ; et à obtenir une valeur de mesure de radioactivité d'un temps souhaité à partir de la base de données. 본 발명은 데이터 확장을 이용한 방사능 측정방법 및 방사능 측정시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 데이터 확장을 이용한 방사능 측정방법은 에너지 스캐닝과 시간 스캐닝을 하면서 방사능을 측정하는 단계와; 상기 스캐닝 결과 얻어지는 시간-에너지에 관한 데이터 세트로부터 데이터베이스를 마련하는 단계와; 랜덤분포핏팅을 통해 상기 데이터베이스를 확장하는 단계와; 상기 데이터베이스로부터 원하는 시간의 방사능 측정값을 얻는 단계를 포함한다.
