Provided is a resin composition comprising a) a resin and b) a cellulose fiber composite which has a carboxy group in a cellulose molecule and an aldehyde group content of, at most, 0.20 mmol/g and which is obtained by binding a modifying group to at least one moiety member selected from carboxy groups and hydroxyl groups. The resin composition according to the present invention is suitable for use in a variety of applications involving manufacturing of such as miscellaneous daily goods, home appliance components, and automotive components. L'invention concerne une composition de résine comprenant a) une résine et b) un composite de fibres de cellulose qui contient un groupe carboxy dans une molécule de cellulose et a une teneur en groupe aldéhyde de, au plus, 0,20 mmol/g et qui est obtenu par liaison d'un groupe de modification à au moins un élément de fragment choisi parmi les groupes carboxy et les groupes hydroxyle.
