The present invention provides a heat treatment device having an improved workability and, more particularly, to a heat treatment device comprising: a heat treatment furnace having a heat treatment means configured such that cooling and heating of the interior of the furnace can be selectively implemented by a single configuration; and a truck for heat treatment comprising a truck body having a moving means such that the same can move into/out of the interior of the heat treatment furnace.
