Summary: | Provided are an emotional expression method and device, and a robot. The method comprises: according to a pre-set neural network model, matching input external stimulus information and generating emotional feedback information corresponding to the external stimulus information (S102); according to a pre-set deep reinforcement learning model, parsing the emotional feedback information, and obtaining an emotional response result corresponding to the emotional feedback information (S104); and outputting the emotional response result (S106). The method and device solve the technical problems of low emotional learning efficiency and incomplete emotional personality coverage of a robot caused by the fact that, in the related art, the feedback of an emotional system of a robot on an emotion is set by a manual setting condition.
