Provided according to a first embodiment of the present invention is a refiner bar plate comprising: a base forming a body; and a plurality of fine bars spaced from each other, protruding from the base, and made of a material different from that of the base. La présente invention concerne : une plaque de barre d'affineur comprenant une barre micro-fine qui est préparée pour devenir plus fine et avoir une longue durée de vie, avec pour résultat l'amélioration de la productivité dans un processus d'affinage ; et un procédé de fabrication de celle-ci. Selon un premier mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne une plaque de barre d'affineur comprenant : une base formant un corps ; et une pluralité de barres fines espacées les unes des autres, faisant saillie à partir de la base et constituées d'un matériau différent de celui de la base. 본 발명은 보다 미세화되며 수명이 높은 마이크로 파인바를 제조하여, 리파이닝 공정에서 생산성을 더욱 향상시킨 마이크로 파인바를 포함하는 리파이너 바 플레이트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 리파이너 바 플레이트의 제1실시예에 따르면, 몸체를 형성하는 베이스, 상기 베이스에 복수개가 상호 이격되어 돌출 형성되며, 상기 베이스와는 다른 재질로 형성되는 파인바를 포함하는 리파이너 바 플레이트가 제공된다.
