Summary:Provided are a tumor accurate treatment method and apparatus based on circulating tumor cell (CTC). The method comprises the following steps: extracting peripheral blood from a patient; separating CTCs; evaluating the circumstances of illness; ex vivo CTC cultivation and proliferation; parallel drug susceptibility testing to select the preferable drug-usage scheme; using the selected drug-usage scheme for guidance to the patient regarding clinical drug usage; after one course of treatment, extracting peripheral blood from the patient; separating CTCs; evaluating, and if CTCs are detected, then repeating step 4 through step 9; if no CTCs are detected, then continuing to use the clinical drug-usage scheme until, after a period of time, no CTCs are detected.
