The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing mitochondria and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating muscle diseases or ischemic diseases, containing mitochondria as active ingredients. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention contains heterologous mitochondria or cells comprising heterologous mitochondria, thereby enabling the mitochondrial activity of cells to which the same is administered to improve. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention can be useful in the fundamental prevention or treatment of muscle diseases or ischemic diseases, which occur in relationship with the deterioration of mitochondrial function. La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant des mitochondries et, plus précisément, une composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir ou traiter des maladies musculaires ou des maladies ischémiques, contenant des mitochondries en tant que principes actifs. La composition pharmaceutique de la présente invention contient des mitochondries hétérologues ou des cellules comprenant des mitochondries hétérologues, permettant ainsi d'améliorer l'activité mitochondriale des cellules auxquelles elle est administrée.
