La présente invention concerne plus précisément un agent d'encollage pour fibres de carbone contenant une résine phénoxy et un composé isocyanate séquencé préparé par réaction d'ε-caprolactame à un des deux groupes isocyanate d'un composé diisocyanate, la production d'une fibre de carbone à adhérence interfaciale améliorée utilisant l'agent d'encollage, un matériau composite polymère renforcé par une fibre de carbone de type à réaction de polymérisation utilisant la fibre de carbone à adhérence interfaciale améliorée et un procédé de production associé. 본원 발명은 탄소섬유용 사이징제, 계면접착력이 향상된 탄소섬유, 이를 이용한 중합 반응형 탄소섬유 강화 고분자 복합재료 및 이의 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 디이소시아네이트 화합물의 두개의 이소시아네이트기 중 하나의 이소시아네이트기와 ε-카프로락탐(caprolactam)의 반응을 통하여 제조되는 블록이소시아네이트 화합물과 페녹시 수지를 포함하는 탄소섬유용 사이징제 및 이를 이용한 계면접착력이 향상된 탄소섬유의 제조, 계면접착력이 향상된 탄소섬유를 이용한 중합 반응형 탄소섬유 강화 고분자 복합재료 및 이의 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
