Summary:The present invention belong to the field of biotechnology, in particular to the field of galenics. The present invention is directed to an aqueous pharmaceutical composition comprising 1-50 mg/ml of a human or humanized full length IgG4, e.g. natalizumab, and a formulation selected from (i) to (iii), as further defined in the claims. The present invention is further directed to a method for producing said pharmaceutical composition, and medical uses thereof. Finally, also provided is a method for stabilizing human or humanized full length IgG4, e.g. natalizumab, as further defined in the claims. La présente invention concerne le domaine de la biotechnologie et plus particulièrement, le domaine des formulations galéniques. La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique aqueuse comportant 1 à 50 mg/ml d'une IgG pleine longueur humaine ou humanisée 4, par exemple le natalizumab, et une formulation choisie parmi (i) à (iii), telles que définies davantage dans les revendications. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de production de ladite composition pharmaceutique, et ses utilisations médicales. Enfin, l'invention concerne également un procédé pour la stabilisation d'IgG4 humaine ou humanisée, par exemple le natalizumab, telle que définie davantage dans les revendications.
