The N-terminal fragments are produced in inclusion bodies in bacterial cells. La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la chromatographie et concerne plus particulièrement la production de résines chromatographiques à affinité vis-à-vis de protéines comprenant des ligands d'affinité sur la base d'un fragment N-terminal d'une intéine divisée, telle qu'un DnaE de Nostoc punctiforme, ainsi que des méthodes d'utilisation associées. Les fragments N-terminaux sont produits dans des corps d'inclusion dans des cellules bactériennes.
