L'invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs destinés à remplir et à sceller un dispositif de stockage d'énergie. Le processus comprend, par exemple, les étapes consistant à: munir un dispositif de stockage d'énergie d'une ouverture vers une chambre recevant un électrolyte; remplir la chambre recevant l'électrolyte d'un électrolyte; refroidir l'électrolyte à l'intérieur de la chambre recevant l'électrolyte; et sceller l'ouverture tout en refroidissant l'électrolyte à l'intérieur de la chambre recevant l'électrolyte.
