A method producing contact lenses, including the step of: holding the molded silicone hydrogel contact lens (600) attached to the one of the female mold half or the male mold half (400) with a vacuum supplied with a suction cup; deforming a surface of the one of the female mold half or the male mold half (400) having the molded silicone hydrogel contact lens (600) attached to with a pin (300) so as to separate the molded silicone hydrogel contact lens (600) from the mold half (400) attached to and to transfer the molded silicone hydrogel contact lens (600) to the suction cup; moving the suction cup away from the pin while the suction cup continues to hold the molded silicone hydrogel contact lens (600) remains; applying a compressed gas to blow the molded silicone hydrogel contact lens (600) away from the suction cup into a container. L'invention concerne un procédé de production de lentilles de contact, comprenant l'étape consistant à : maintenir la lentille de contact (600) en hydrogel de silicone moulé fixée à l'une parmi la moitié de moule femelle ou la moitié de moule mâle (400) avec un vide fourni via une ventouse ; déformer une surface de l'une de la moitié de moule femelle ou de la moitié de moule mâle (400) présentant la lentille de contact (600) d'hydrogel de silicone moulé fixée à une broche (300) de façon à séparer la lentille de contact (600) en hydrogel de silicone moulé de la moitié de moule (400) à laquelle est elle fixée et à transférer la lentille de contact (600) en hydrogel de silicone moulé sur la ventouse ; éloigner la ventouse de la broche pendant que la ventouse continue à maintenir la lentille de contact (600) en hydrogel de silicone moulé ; appliquer un gaz comprimé pour souffler la lentille de contact (600) en hydrogel de silicone moulé à l'opposé de la ventouse dans un récipient.
