La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse, une cartouche et un procédé d'analyse d'un échantillon, en particulier un échantillon biologique, une tête de pompe rotative comprenant des éléments de contact qui sont sollicités de manière élastique dans la direction axiale en agissant sur une chambre de pompe élastiquement déformable afin de pomper ou de transporter un fluide, tel que l'échantillon, un réactif ou un gaz, quand la tête de pompe tourne, en particulier d'une manière définie et/ou efficace.
