Summary:In order to provide a coolant tank for preventing a containment from being recompressed and reheated during the cooling of the containment upon occurrence of a design basis accident and a severe accident and a passive containment cooling system comprising the same, the present invention comprises: a storage tank for storing a coolant; a division part which is arranged within the storage tank and divides the inside of the storage tank into a first storage tank and a second storage tank to separate the coolant; a first heat exchanger which is extended from the storage tank to the containment and cools the containment on the basis of the coolant; and a unidirectional valve which is provided on the division part and allows the coolant of the second storage tank to be introduced into the first storage tank when the water level of the first storage tank is reduced. La présente invention concerne un réservoir de liquide de refroidissement pour empêcher un confinement d'être recomprimé et réchauffé pendant le refroidissement du confinement lors de l'apparition d'un accident de base de conception et d'un accident grave, et un système de refroidissement de confinement passif le comprenant, et comprend : un réservoir de stockage pour stocker un agent de refroidissement ; une partie de division agencée à l'intérieur du réservoir de stockage et divisant l'intérieur du réservoir de stockage en un premier réservoir de stockage et un second réservoir de stockage pour séparer le fluide de refroidissement ; un premier échangeur de chaleur étendu du réservoir de stockage à l'enceinte de confinement et refroidissant le confinement sur la base du fluide de refroidissement ; et une soupape unidirectionnelle disposée sur la partie de division et permettant à l'agent de refroidissement du second réservoir de stockage d'être introduit dans le premier réservoir de stockage lorsque le niveau d'eau du premier réservoir de stockage est réduit. 본 발명은 설계기준사고 및 중대사고 발생 시 원자로건물의 냉각에서 원자로건물이 재가압 및 재가열되는 것을 방지하기 위한 냉각수 저장조 및 이를 포함하는 원자로건물 피동 냉각시스템을 제공하기 위하여, 냉각수가 저장되는 저장탱크 및 상기 저장탱크 내부에 배치되며, 상기 냉각수가 분리되도록 상기 저장탱크 내부를 제1 및 제2 저장조로 구획하는 구획부 및 상기 저장탱크로부터 상기 원자로건물로 연장되어 상기 냉각수를 기반으로 상기 원자로건물을 냉각시키는 제1 열교환기 및 상기 구획부에 마련되며, 상기 제1 저장조의 수위가 감소할 때에 상기 제2 저장조의 냉각수가 상기 제1 저장조로 유입되도록 하는 일방향 밸브를 포함한다.
