La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un mortier incorporé à de l'agar caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de mélange, par rapport au poids de la composition entière, de 20 à 40 % en pds de sable, de 10 à 40 % en pds de ciment, de 5 à 10 % en pds de résine de poudre acrylique, de 5 à 10 % en pds de poudre de résine, de 5 à 20 % en pds de magnésie, de 1 à 10 % en pds de silice sublimée, de 3 à 10 % en pds de terre de diatomée, de 5 à 20 % en pds de carbonate de calcium, de 1 à 5 % en pds de pigment organique, et de 5 à 10 % en pds de pigment inorganique, pour préparer une composition de mortier. 본 발명에 따른 한천이 혼입된 모르타르의 제조방법은, 전체 조성물 중량 대비로, 모래 20 내지 40 중량%, 시멘트 10 내지 40 중량%, 아크릴 분말수지 5 내지 10 중량%, 수지 파우더 5 내지 10 중량%, 마그네시아 5 내지 20 중량%, 실리카퓸 1 내지 10 중량%, 규조토 3 내지 10 중량%, 탄산칼슘 5 내지 20 중량%, 유기안료 1 내지 5 중량%, 무기안료 5 내지 10 중량%를 혼합하여 모르타르 조성물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
