Summary:An internally integrated sensor for an injection mold and an injection mold. The internally integrated sensor for injection molds comprises: a main sensor body (1) inserted through a moving mold core (210), wherein the sensor body forms, together with a stationary mold core (110), two poles for detecting an electric capacitance, and a sensor signal filter and amplification box (2) used for filtering and amplifying a capacitance signal collected by the main sensor body (1). The integrated sensor can detect changes to the capacitance signal of a capacitance for an entire injection molding and forming process and at different stages so as to acquire a condition of a molten material within a mold cavity and to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of information of the condition of the molten material. The main sensor body (1) and the sensor signal filtering and amplification box (2) are integrated as one component.
