Summary:The present invention relates to a latex composition for dip molding, and a molded product manufactured therefrom, and relates to: a latex composition for dip molding, comprising a mixture of a latex pigment and a carbonic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex, which are two types of latexes having different Tg; and a dip- molded product manufactured therefrom the latex composition. The dip-molded product does not use sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator, thereby having a low allergy risk, and can have excellent elasticity while maintaining, at an equivalent level or higher, physical properties such as tensile strength and modulus, which have a trade-off relationship, and thus can be readily applied to an industry, such as the rubber glove industry and the like, which requires the same. La présente invention concerne une composition de latex destinée au moulage par immersion, et un produit moulé fabriqué à partir de cette dernière, et concerne : une composition de latex pour le moulage par immersion, comprenant un mélange d'un pigment de latex et d'un latex copolymère à base de nitrile modifié à l'acide carbonique, qui sont deux types de latex présentant des Tg différentes ; et un produit moulé par immersion fabriqué à partir de cette dernière. Le produit moulé par immersion n'utilise pas de soufre ni d'accélérateur de vulcanisation, présentant ainsi un faible risque d'allergie, et peut présenter une excellente élasticité tout en conservant, à un niveau équivalent ou supérieur, des propriétés physiques telles que la résistance à la traction et le module, qui présentent une relation de compromis, et peut ainsi être facilement appliqué à une industrie, telle que l'industrie des gants en caoutchouc et similaires, qui nécessite de telles propriétés. 본 발명은 딥 성형용 라텍스 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것으로, 서로 상이한 Tg를 갖는 2종의 라텍스인 라텍스 피그먼트와 카르본산 변성 니트릴계 공중합체 라텍스 혼합물을 포함하는 딥 성형용 라텍스 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 딥 성형품에 관한 것이다. 이에 따른 딥 성형품은 황 및 가황 촉진제를 사용하지 않아 알러지 위험성이 적으며, 서로 상반된 물성(Trade-off) 관계에 있는 인장강도와 모듈러스 등의 물성을 동등 이상 수준으로 유지하면서도, 우수한 탄성을 가질 수 있어, 이를 필요로 하는 산업, 예컨대 고무장갑산업 등에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
