Summary:The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a nuclear reactor building from being pressurized and heated again when the nuclear reactor building is cooled in the event of a severe accident. The present invention comprises: a reservoir tank in which cooling water is stored; a partition part which is disposed in the reservoir tank and partitions the inside of the reservoir tank into a first storage tank and a second storage tank so as to separate the cooling water in the reservoir tank; and an inflow part which is disposed in the partition part and allows the cooling water of the second storage tank to naturally flow into the first storage tank by the difference between the water levels of the first and second storage tanks when the water level of the first storage tank is lowered. Accordingly, the present invention can quickly stabilize the performance of a passive cooling system for a nuclear reactor building, thereby preventing a deterioration in the performance of the passive cooling system for the nuclear reactor building, and can continuously reduce the pressure and temperature of the nuclear reactor building, thereby preventing the occurrence of a secondary accident such as the destruction of the nuclear reactor building. La présente invention vise à empêcher un bâtiment de réacteur nucléaire d'être mis sous pression et chauffé à nouveau lorsque le bâtiment de réacteur nucléaire est refroidi en cas d'accident grave. La présente invention comprend : un réservoir dans lequel l'eau de refroidissement est stockée ; une partie de division qui est disposée dans le réservoir et divise l'intérieur du réservoir en une première cuve de stockage et une seconde cuve de stockage de façon à séparer l'eau de refroidissement dans le réservoir ; et une partie d'entrée d'eau qui est disposée dans la partie de division et qui permet à l'eau de refroidissement de la seconde cuve de stockage de s'écouler naturellement dans la première cuve de stockage au moyen de la différence entre les niveaux d'eau des première et seconde cuves de stockage lorsque le niveau d'eau de la première cuve de stockage est abaissé. En conséquence, la présente invention peut stabiliser rapidement le rendement d'un système de refroidissement passif pour un bâtiment de réacteur nucléaire, empêchant ainsi une détérioration du rendement du système de refroidissement passif pour le bâtiment de réacteur nucléaire, et peut réduire en continu la pression et la température du bâtiment de réacteur nucléaire, empêchant ainsi l'apparition d'un accident secondaire tel que la destruction du bâtiment de réacteur nucléaire. 본 발명의 목적은 중대사고 발생 시 원자로건물의 냉각에서 원자로건물이 재가압 및 재가열되는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 냉각수가 저장되는 저장탱크 및 상기 저장탱크 내부에 배치되며, 상기 냉각수가 분리되도록 상기 저장탱크 내부를 제1 및 제2 저장조로 구획하는 구획부 및 상기 구획부에 마련되며, 상기 제1 저장조의 수위가 감소할 때에 상기 제1 및 제2 저장조의 수위 차에 따라 상기 제2 저장조의 냉각수가 상기 제1 저장조로 자연 유입되도록 하는 유입부를 포함한다. 이에, 원자로 건물 피동 냉각시스템의 성능을 빠르게 안정화시켜 원자로 건물 피동 냉각시스템의 성능 열화를 방지하고, 원자로건물의 압력과 온도를 지속적으로 감소시킬 수 있어, 원자로건물 파괴와 같은 2차 사고 발생을 억제할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
