Summary:A cable protective layer (5) and a data line having same. The cable protective layer consists of several fasteners (7) successively fastened to each other. Each fastener comprises an annular base (701) and several fastening lugs (702) provided on the annular base. One end of each fastening lug is fixedly connected onto the annular base, and the other end thereof is a limiting part (703). The limiting part of the fastening lug is fastened at a position between two fastening lugs on an annular base of another fastener. The cable protective layer can protect internal transmission lines from being worn, and reduces involvement of cables.
