A storage request receiving unit 11 of a slice management device 10 obtains association information which associates a service, a slice and a tracking area. A service area presence identification unit 13 identifies the status of the service area in which a UE 130 is present. An assignment unit 14 assigns a slice that corresponds to the service used by the UE 130 and the tracking area indicated by the association information. When doing so, the slice management device 10 assigns a slice to a service according to the status of the service area in which the UE 130 is present; hence, it is possible to dynamically change the slice assigned to the service.
