This radio module (201) comprises a first portion (10), a second portion (20) and a first flexible portion, which connects the first portion (10) and the second portion (20) to each other, of a substrate. The first portion (10) is provided with a circuit element which is mounted on a first main surface (S1) thereof and a circuit which is configured to contain at least the circuit element; and the second portion (20) is provided with a first coil which is connected to the circuit. The first portion (10) and the second portion (20) face each other; and a magnetic sheet (22) is arranged on a second main surface (S2) of the second portion (20).
