Summary:Cleaning compositions and methods for removing chewing gum, its components and other sticky soils from surfaces, especially production facilities, are disclosed. Cleaning composition solutions that do not require a rinse step are disclosed and suitable for treatment of surfaces having indirect food contact. In an aspect, the cleaning compositions and methods employ a scraping-spraying-wiping procedure. L'invention concerne des compositions et des procédés de nettoyage permettant l'élimination de gomme à mâcher, ses composants et d'autres salissures collantes à partir de surfaces, en particulier des installations de production. L'invention concerne des solutions de composition de nettoyage qui ne nécessitent pas d'étape de rinçage et sont appropriées pour le traitement de surfaces ayant un contact indirect avec des aliments. Selon un mode de réalisation, les compositions et les procédés de nettoyage utilisent une procédure de raclage-pulvérisation-essuyage.
