A flat-plate type ceiling lighting apparatus is disclosed. The flat-plate type ceiling lighting apparatus comprises: a fastening groove formed on each of a plurality of unit frame members forming a frame, so as to be continuous in the lengthwise direction of the unit frame members and having a plurality of screw holes extending therethrough to a backboard such that the lighting apparatus can be fixed onto a ceiling surface with fixing screws; a fastening piece fitted into the fastening groove so as to be able to move in a sliding manner; and a cover formed in a shape corresponding to the frame and having a fixing portion protruding on the rear surface thereof so as to be fitted into the fastening piece.
