Acoustic shock waves generator intended for modifying the local meteorological conditions or to determine animals or birds to flee from certain areas, which comprises: a control and command unit (UCC) located inside a container-housing (CC), connected to a power supply source (SAE), a cone (CDUS) for directing the shock waves, connected to the container-housing (CC), a system (SGUS) for generating the shock waves connected to the control and command unit (UCC), wherein the system (SGUS) for generating the shock waves is a system for generating an electric discharge in an insulating medium containing water, oxygen and hydrogen. Cette invention concerne un générateur d'ondes de choc acoustiques servant à modifier les conditions météorologiques locales ou à inciter les animaux ou les oiseaux à fuir certaines zones, ledit générateur d'ondes de choc acoustiques comprenant : une unité de contrôle et de commande (UCC) située à l'intérieur d'un réceptacle-boîtier (CC), reliée à une source d'alimentation (SAE), un cône (CDUS) pour diriger les ondes de choc, relié au receptacle-boîtier (CC), un système conçu pour générer les ondes de choc (SGUS) raccordé à l'unité de contrôle et de commande (UCC), le système (SGUS) conçu pour générer les ondes de choc étant un système capable de générer une décharge électrique dans un milieu isolant contenant de l'eau, de l'oxygène et de l'hydrogène.
