A PB analysis device (15) receives an audible signal reporting an identifier of a device to be monitored (21), the audible signal having been transmitted from an attached notification device (22) after any telephone (11) among a plurality of telephones (11) has responded to a call from the attached notification device (22), which is attached to the device to be monitored (21). The PB analysis device (15) analyzes the audible signal and specifies the identifier of the device to be monitored (21). The PB analysis device (15) also transmits the audible signal to the responding telephone, which is the telephone (11) that responded to the call from the attached notification device (22).
