Summary:The present invention relates to a crosslinked polysilsesquioxane random copolymer absorbing both UV-A and UV-B, which have been prepared from a polysilsesquioxane monomer including a chromophore absorbing only UV-B, and a method for preparing the same. The crosslinked polysilsesquioxane random copolymer prepared by the method of the present invention has excellent tactile property and high molecular weight, and is not absorbed by the human body through the skin, and thus is safe. Also, by forming an excimer or exciplex between chromophores, the copolymer absorbs a broader range of ultraviolet rays to UV A (320-400 nm) as well as UV B (280-320 nm), and thus has an excellent UV blocking effect. In addition, because the copolymer does not cause a whitening phenomenon even when mixed with organic materials at a high concentration level of 30% and then applied to the skin, the present invention is very useful as a cosmetic for ultraviolet ray protection. La présente invention concerne un copolymère statistique réticulé de polysilsesquioxane absorbant à la fois les UV-A et les UV-B, qui a été préparé à partir d'un monomère de type polysilsesquioxane comprenant un chromophore absorbant uniquement les UV-B, ainsi qu'un procédé pour sa préparation. Le copolymère statistique réticulé de polysilsesquioxane préparé par le procédé de la présente invention présente une excellente propriété tactile et un poids moléculaire élevé et n'est pas absorbé par le corps humain à travers la peau et est donc sans danger. En outre, par la formation d'un excimère ou d'un exciplexe entre des chromophores, le copolymère absorbe une plage plus large de rayons ultraviolets, les UV-A (320-400 nm) ainsi que les UV-B (280-320 nm) et présente donc un excellent effet de blocage des UV. En outre, étant donné que le copolymère ne provoque pas de phénomène de blanchiment même lorsqu'il est mélangé avec des matières organiques à un niveau de concentration élevé de 30 %, puis appliqué sur la peau, la présente invention est très utile comme produit cosmétique pour la protection contre les rayons ultraviolets. 본 발명은 UV B만을 흡수하는 발색단을 포함하는 폴리실세스퀴옥산 단량체로부터 제조한 UV A와 UV B를 모두 흡수하는 가교된 폴리실세스퀴옥산 랜덤 공중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 가교된 폴리실세스퀴옥산 랜덤 공중합체는 촉감이 우수하고 분자량이 높아 피부를 통해 인체에 흡수되지 않아 안전하다. 또한, 발색단 간에 엑시머 또는 엑시플렉스를 형성하게 함으로써 UV B(280-320 nm)뿐만 아니라 UV A(320-400 nm) 까지 더 넓은 영역의 자외선을 흡수하여 자외선 차단효과가 우수하다. 또한 30% 수준의 높은 농도로 유기물과 혼합한 후 피부에 도포하여도 백탁 현상이 발생되지 않으므로, 자외선차단용 화장품으로써 매우 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
