La composition molle à mâcher peut comprendre d'environ 1 % à environ 55 % de psyllium et présenter un paramètre de dureté supérieur à environ 300 gf à une activité d'eau d'environ 0,80 et inférieur à environ 10 000 gf à une activité d'eau d'environ 0,50 tel que mesuré par le procédé d'analyse du profil de texture.
