La présente invention concerne une taurine modifiée et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci et, plus particulièrement, une taurine modifiée différente de la taurine classique à une distance entre un atome de carbone intramoléculaire (C) et un atome de soufre (S) adjacent à celui-ci, et un procédé de préparation associé.
