A method for controlling or preventing infestation of plants or plant propagation material and/or harvested food crops susceptible to microbial attack by treating plants or plant propagation material and/or harvested food crops a fungicidally effective amount of a compound of formula (I) wherein the substituents are as defined in claim 1 as well as compounds according to formula (IA) and (IB) with the same structure as the compounds of formula (I) wherein the substituents are as defined in claim 15 and 16. La présente invention concerne un procédé de lutte ou de prévention de l'infestation de plantes ou de matériau de propagation de plante et/ou de cultures alimentaires récoltées susceptibles d'attaque microbienne par traitement de plantes ou de matériau de propagation de plante et/ou de cultures alimentaires récoltées avec une quantité fongicide efficace d'un composé de formule (I) dans laquelle les substituants sont tels que définis dans la revendication 1 ainsi que de composés selon les formules (IA) et (IB) ayant la même structure que les composés de formule (I) dans laquelle les substituants sont tels que définis dans les revendications 15 et 16.
