Summary: | An apparatus for producing carbonate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a reactor for reacting a solution to be carbonated with a carbonating gas; a first nozzle, positioned at one side of the reactor, for discharging the solution to be carbonated into the reactor; a second nozzle, positioned adjacent to the first nozzle, for spraying the carbonating gas to a path, through which the solution to be carbonated is discharged, to form a mist composed of the solution to be carbonated and the carbonating gas; and a collecting unit, positioned at a lower end of the reactor, for collecting carbonate from a slurry formed in the reactor. A method for producing carbonate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: discharging a solution to be carbonated from a first nozzle; spraying a carbonating gas from a second nozzle to a path, through which the solution to be carbonated is discharged, to form a mist composed of the solution to be carbonated and the carbonating gas; reacting cations of the solution to be carbonated with the carbonating gas in the mist to form a slurry containing carbonate; and collecting the carbonate from the slurry.
Un appareil de production de carbonate selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un réacteur pour faire réagir une solution devant être gazéifiée avec un gaz de gazéification; une première buse, positionné d'un côté du réacteur, pour décharger la solution devant être gazéifiée dans le réacteur; une seconde buse, positionnée de façon adjacente à la première buse, pour pulvériser le gaz de gazéification sur une trajectoire, à travers lequel la solution devant être gazéifiée est déchargée, pour former un brouillard composé de la solution devant être gazéifiée et du gaz de gazéification; et une unité de collecte, positionnée à une extrémité inférieure du réacteur, pour collecter du carbonate à partir d'une boue formée dans le réacteur. Un procédé de production de carbonate selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : décharger une solution devant être gazéifiée à partir d'une première buse; pulvériser un gaz de gazéification depuis une seconde buse dans une trajectoire à travers laquelle la solution devant être gazéifiée est déchargée, pour former une brume composée de la solution à gazéifier et le gaz de gazéification; faire réagir les cations de la solution à gazéifier avec le gaz de gazéification dans le brume pour former une boue contenant du carbonate; et recueillir le carbonate à partir de la boue.
