La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un premier polypeptide hétérologue faiblement exprimé dans une cellule hôte en co-exprimant celui-ci avec un second polypeptide hétérologue qui est fortement exprimé dans ladite cellule hôte, ce qui permet d'augmenter le rendement ou la productivité du premier polypeptide hétérologue.
