Disclosed are an unlocking device of a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal. The unlocking device comprises a circuit board, a fastener structure, and a shape memory alloy bar. The circuit board is used to power the shape memory alloy bar. The fastener structure is fixedly connected to the shape memory alloy bar. After energizing, the shape memory alloy bar deforms to drive the fastener structure to move and disengage from a fastening slot of a locked part. Within the fastener structure, only the shape memory alloy bar and the circuit board for powering the bar drive the unlocking process, thus greatly simplifying the entire unlocking structure. In addition, to facilitate unlocking it is only required to control a signal for transferring current to the circuit board.
