Summary:A method for producing curved surface parts of outdoor clothes by using a 3D mold, whereby curved surface areas of outdoor clothes can be produced rapidly and accurately, is presented. The presented method comprises: a step of cutting out outer fabrics forming, in a predetermined number of equally divided parts, a curved surface part of an article of outdoor clothing; a step of joining the cut-out outer fabrics together and hot-pressing the joined seam areas; a step of cutting out inner fabrics on each of which a membrane and an adhesion layer have been sequentially formed, and joining the inner fabrics together; a step of overlapping the outer fabrics and the inner fabrics and soft-setting same; a step of placing the soft-set outer and inner fabrics on a 3D mold and fusing same; following the completion of the fusing, a step of joining the outer fabrics with an outer fabric for a torso, and overlapping the inner fabrics with an inner fabric for the torso and joining same; and a step of placing the joined areas of the outer fabrics and the outer fabric for the torso and the overlapped and joined areas of the inner fabrics and the inner fabric for the torso on the 3D mold once again and fusing same. The 3D mold is installed such that an upper pressurization part and a lower support thereof are vertically opposite to each other, wherein the lower surface of the upper pressurization part and the upper surface of the lower support have curvatures allowing close contact therebetween. L'invention concerne un procédé de production de parties surface incurvées de vêtements d'extérieur à l'aide d'un moule 3D, grâce à quoi des zones de surface incurvées de vêtements d'extérieur peuvent être produites rapidement et précisément. Le procédé présenté comprend : une étape de découpe de tissus externes formant, selon un nombre prédéfini de parties divisées de manière égale, une partie surface incurvée d'un article de vêtement d'extérieur ; une étape d'assemblage les uns aux autres des tissus externes coupés et de pressage à chaud des zones de couture assemblées ; une étape de découpe des tissus internes sur lesquels une membrane et une couche d'adhésion ont été formées séquentiellement, et d'assemblage les uns aux autres des tissus internes ; une étape de superposition des tissus externes et des tissus internes et leur prise souple ; une étape de positionnement des tissus externe et interne à prise souple sur un moule 3D et leur fusion ; à la suite de la fusion, une étape d'assemblage des tissus externes à un tissu externe pour un torse, et la superposition des tissus interne au moyen d'un tissu interne pour le torse et leur assemblage ; et une nouvelle étape de positionnement des zones assemblées des tissus externes et du tissu externe pour le torse et la superposition des zones assemblées des tissus internes et du tissu interne pour le torse sur le moule 3D et leur fusion. Le moule 3D est installé de sorte qu'une partie de mise sous pression supérieure et qu'un support inférieur de cette dernière soient verticalement opposés l'un à l'autre, la surface inférieure de la partie de mise sous pression supérieure et la surface supérieure du support inférieur présentant des courbures permettant un contact étroit entre elles. 아웃도어 의류의 곡면부위를 신속하면서도 정확하게 제조할 수 있도록 하는 쓰리디 몰드를 이용한 아웃도어 의류의 곡면부 제조 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 방법은 아웃도어 의류의 곡면부를 소정 개수의 등분으로 구성하는 겉감을 재단하는 단계, 재단한 겉감을 접합시키고 접합된 심(seam) 부위를 핫프레싱하는 단계, 상면에 멤브레인 및 접착층을 순차적으로 미리 형성시킨 안감을 재단한 후에 접합하는 단계, 겉감과 안감을 겹친 다음에 소프트 세팅하는 단계, 소프트 세팅한 겉감과 안감을 3D 몰드에 올려놓고 퓨징(fusing)하는 단계, 퓨징이 완료됨에 따라 겉감과 몸통의 겉감을 접합하고 안감과 몸통의 안감을 겹친 다음에 접합하는 단계, 및 겉감과 몸통의 겉감이 접합된 부위 및 안감과 몸통의 안감이 겹쳐져서 접합된 부위를 재차 3D 몰드에 올려놓고 퓨징(fusing)하는 단계를 포함한다. 3D 몰드는 상부 가압부와 하부 지지대가 서로 상하로 대향되게 설치되되, 상부 가압부의 저면과 하부 지지대의 상면은 서로 밀착가능한 곡률을 가진다.
