The present invention relates to a cleaning composition comprising one or more than one surfactant, wherein at least one surfactant is an amine oxide, one or more than one defoamer, wherein at least one defoamer is an alkyl amide or derivative thereof, and water. The present invention also relates to a use solution comprising the inventive cleaning composition, and to the use of the inventive cleaning composition or the inventive use solution for cleaning and/or disinfecting of a surgical instrument or endoscope. La présente invention concerne une composition de nettoyage comprenant un ou plusieurs tensioactifs, au moins un tensioactif étant un oxyde d'amine, un ou plusieurs agents anti-mousse, au moins un agent anti-mousse étant un amide d'alkyle ou un dérivé de celui-ci, et de l'eau. La présente invention concerne également une solution d'utilisation comprenant la composition de nettoyage de l'invention, et l'utilisation de la composition de nettoyage de l'invention ou de la solution d'utilisation de l'invention pour le nettoyage et/ou la désinfection d'un instrument chirurgical ou endoscope.
