Summary: | A 3D laser-forming technique for a component with a cavity, comprising the following steps:1) building a geometric model of a component; dividing the model into an oriented forming area and a normal forming area, wherein any part subject to interference is designated as the oriented forming area, and the remaining part is designated as the normal forming area; 2) emitting a laser beam, combining a laser spot with a metal powder feed, and forming a layer of material; in the oriented forming area, scanning at a fixed angle between the axis of a laser head and a vertical axis; in the normal forming area, scanning at an angle where the axis of the laser head is parallel to the normal line of a formed surface; 3) moving the laser head by a distance equal to the thickness of one material layer, repeating step 2) until the processing is complete.
