Provided is: a mixture of dried wheat germ powder, dried rice germ powder, dried bok choy powder, dried citrus unshiu peel powder, dried citrus unshiu leaf powder, and a powder of a dried beehive from which honey has been extracted; or a feed additive composition having anti-viral activity, prepared by inoculating Lactobacillus plantarum into the mixture of powder and culturing the same. The feed additive composition having anti-viral activity, according to the present invention, is composed of excellent natural products of which each individual ingredient can be sufficiently used as a feed, thereby being a very useful composition having no toxicity and side effects at all and exhibiting excellent activity against: coronaviruses including a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) and a transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV); a foot-and-mouth disease virus; an influenza virus including an avian influenza virus; and the like.
