La présente invention concerne des dérivés de tétrahydropyrane de formule (I) ayant une activité pharmacologique double à la fois envers le récepteur sigma (σ) et le récepteur opioïde µ, des procédés de préparation de ces composés, des compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant, ainsi que leur utilisation thérapeutique, en particulier pour le traitement de la douleur.
