Summary:The invention mainly concerns a thermoelectric compound made from a doped or undoped cobalt antimony sulfide alloy with selenium, of formula CoSbS1-xSex, x having a value 0 < x < 1. Advantageously, the compound of the invention is doped with tellurium on the antimony site. The invention also concerns methods for producing such compounds comprising at least a synthesis step and a sintering compaction step, and optionally an intermediate nanostructuring step. L'invention porte principalement sur un composé thermoélectrique à base d'un alliage dopé ou non dopé de sulfure de cobalt et d'antimoine avec du sélénium de formule CoSbS1-xSex,x étant selon 0 < x < 1. Avantageusement, le composé de l'invention est dopé par du tellure sur le site de l'antimoine. L'invention porte également sur des procédés de réalisation de tels composés comportant au moins une étape de synthèse et une étape de compactage par frittage, et optionnellement une étape intermédiaire de nano-structuration.
