L'invention concerne un dispositif de programmation (110) conçu pour obtenir et stocker une chaîne de bits aléatoires dans un dispositif mémoire (100), ledit dispositif de mémoire (100) comprenant plusieurs cellules mémoire programmables une seule fois (122), une cellule de mémoire ayant un état programmé et un état non programmé, et la cellule mémoire étant programmable une seule fois en modifiant l'état de l'état non programmé à l'état programmé grâce à l'application d'une énergie de combustion électrique à la cellule mémoire.
