This adhesion-preventing film is an adhesion-preventing film formed on the surface of a component, wherein: the film comprises a surface layer the primary component of which is siloxane bonds, and protruding particles disposed so as to partially protrude from the surface layer; and methyl groups are present on least at the surfaces of the protruding portions of the protruding particles.
