Summary: | Disclosed in an embodiment of the invention are a signal pre-compensation device, and a signal transmitter. The method comprises: receiving a digital domain signal by means of a signal input module; acquiring, by a signal pre-compensation module, and according to a frequency domain distortion caused to the digital domain input signal upon passing through a sending-end device, a tap coefficient of a frequency domain distortion pre-compensation filter of the sending-end device, in order to perform pre-compensation for the frequency domain distortion; and outputting, by a signal output module, a pre-compensated signal to the sending-end device, the sending-end device comprising at least one device having negative influence on signals.
