Summary:The present invention is directed to a method for the preparation of a non-living micro/nanoscale biosynthetic device capable of giving an information of a state of a system to analyse. Preferably, said device is used as an assay diagnostic, or to predict the risk, of a disease, or for the classification of mammal, preferably human pathologies. The invention also relates to a method for the identification and/or the quantification of a compound in a sample. Finally the present invention includes a kit comprising the biosynthetic device obtained by the method of the present invention. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un dispositif biosynthétique micro/nanométrique non vivant capable de donner des informations relatives à l'état d'un système à analyser. De préférence, ce dispositif est utilisé à des fins de diagnostic par dosage ou pour prédire le risque d'une maladie, ou pour la classification des pathologies d'un mammifère, de préférence un humain. La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'identification et/ou de quantification d'un composé dans un échantillon. Enfin, la présente invention concerne un kit comprenant le dispositif biosynthétique obtenu par le procédé de la présente invention.
