Summary: | The invention relates to a freeze-drying device comprising: - an evaporation chamber (5) comprising heating means (15, 16), - a condensing chamber (10) communicating with the said evaporation chamber, - the said evaporation chamber (5) and the said condensing chamber (10) being mounted secured to one another about an axle (30) capable of rotating, characterized in that the device further comprises: - a products inlet and outlet (1, 8) which are connected to the said evaporation chamber (5) by flexible connectors, the products inlet and outlet (1, 8) being mounted fixedly with respect to the evaporation chamber, and - a motor (12) driving the said axle (30) on itself with the following back-and-forth movement: - a first movement driving the said axle (30) in a first direction of rotation with an angle of rotation (α1) of between 5° and 90°, and - a second movement driving the said axle (30) in a second direction of rotation, opposite to the first angle of rotation, with an angle of rotation (α2) of between -5° and -90°.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de lyophilisation comportant : -une chambre d'évaporation (5) comprenant des moyens de chauffage (15, 16) -une chambre de condensation (10) communiquant avec ladite chambre d'évaporation, -ladite chambre d'évaporation (5) et ladite chambre de condensation (10) étant montées solidaires autour d'un axe (30) mobile en rotation, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte en outre : -une entrée et une sortie de produits (1, 8) reliées à ladite chambre d'évaporation (5) par des connecteurs flexibles, les entrée et sortie de produits (1, 8) étant montées fixes par rapport à la chambre d'évaporation, et -un moteur (12) entrainant ledit axe (30) sur lui-même selon le mouvement de va-et- vient suivant : -un premier mouvement entrainant ledit axe (30) dans un premier sens de rotation avec un angle de rotation (α1) compris entre 5° et 90°; et -un second mouvement entrainant ledit axe (30) dans un second sens de rotation, opposé au premier angle de rotation, avec un angle de rotation (α2) compris entre -5° et -90°. |
