The present invention pertains to: an ink set, which has an ink composition and a processing solution; and an image recording method. The ink composition contains a colorant and water. The processing solution contains: water-insoluble resin particles having a structural unit which is derived from a first monomer containing at least one group selected from a sulfo group and a salt of a sulfo group, and a structural unit which is derived from a second monomer containing at least one structure selected from an aromatic ring structure and an alicyclic structure; a compound for aggregating the colorant in the ink composition; and water. La présente invention concerne : un jeu d'encres, qui possède une composition d'encre et une solution de traitement ; et un procédé d'enregistrement d'image. La composition d'encre contient un colorant et de l'eau.
