La présente invention concerne des techniques et des systèmes permettant de mettre en œuvre des systèmes d'imagerie rapides à lentille à longueur focale fixe pour des applications dans le domaine de la biologie moléculaire ou de la génétique. En particulier, l'invention concerne des techniques et des structures permettant un alignement précis des composants optiques et d'imagerie de tels systèmes d'imagerie lors de leur assemblage avec un minimum d'ajustement.
