Summary:The invention describes a method for producing nanozeolites with hemostatic activity comprising a nanoscale zeolite material derived from the faujasite family, treated with calcium, magnesium, barium and silver cations by an ion exchange process, providing a product that effectively accelerates blood coagulation by activating the inherent coagulation cascade pattern by contact, owing to the negative surface charge, besides adsorbing water molecules through the pores of the material, concentrating the proteins and cell elements which are essential for clot formation. L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de nanozéolites à activité hémostatique, comprenant une matière zéolitique dérivée de la famille faujasite, à l'échelle nanométrique, traitée avec des cations de calcium, de magnésium, de baryum et d'argent, au moyen d'un procédé d'échange ionique, d'où l'obtention d'un produit agissant efficacement dans l'accélération de la coagulation sanguine par activation du modèle intrinsèque de la cascade de coagulation par contact, du fait de la charge négative de surface, outre l'adsorption de molécules d'eau dans ses pores, concentrant les protéines et les éléments cellulaires essentiels pour la formation du coagulum. É descrita a invenção de um processo de obtenção de nanozeólitas com atividade hemostática que compreende um material zeolítico derivado da família faujasita, em escala nanométrica, tratado com cátions de cálcio, magnésio, bário e prata, através do processo de troca iônica, provendo um produto que atua eficazmente na aceleração da coagulação sanguínea através da ativação do padrão intrínseco da cascata de coagulação por contato, devido a sua carga negativa de superfície, além da adsorção de moléculas de água em seus poros, concentrando as proteínas e elementos celulares essenciais para a formação do coágulo.
